Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt for all fine jewelry, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that bespoke or engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all certificates and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided DHL shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a courier pickup or drop off the package at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop confirms the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
